Back in 2005 my husband and I were looking to renew our mortgage.  When the bank, that we had been dealing with for over 15 years, had given us a high interest rate quote, I was lucky enough to have met Margaret Shinners of Mortgage Managers who told me that she could help us.  We met with the Shinners who were able to secure a mortgage interest rate that was almost 3 percentage points lower than our bank's quote.  This meant a substantial savings for us, the parents of 3 small children.
 
We have since purchased a new home and got our mortgage through Mortgage Managers.  I would never go anywhere else and have recommended the Shinners at every opportunity.  I can't tell you how competent, knowledgeable and caring they are.  They go beyond what anyone would expect from a mortgage broker.  I believe that it's not just a business to them.  They really are helping people because they care.  I'm very happy that I met Margaret and will continue to do business with her for as long as I need a mortgage!

We used Mortgage Managers to help us purchase our dream home and we have been extremely pleased with their service.
